The social and political message about exploiting fear makes the themes in Spiral as timely as they are horrifying. and thousands of hours of killer content. The problem is, however, that it does not live up to the potential of its incredible concept. He may be losing his mind or acting based on past trauma -- or there may be something rotten at the core of the town.
